I've even seen him take out stormtroopers with just his hands and feet, not even using the Force.

I'm not sure that's a Jedi method. That one may be just Kanan's and Chopper's. He thinks it's good practice for focusing even when there's other stuff going on around me.

You can build your obstacle course here, and I can practice using the Force to throw cans. I think that'll benefit both of us.
