[Valentine's may not be a thing in space, either, but Leia doesn't mind doing something small for it to show she appreciates the people she's closest to here. So around Valentine's, Ezra will find a box filled with wrapped chocolates waiting for him. Unfortunately, it contains more than just chocolate.
When Ezra pops the box open, he'll be met with a flurry of glitter escaping the box, since every spare crack in the box was stuffed with tiny red, pink, and silver glitter. It's only proper payback, you see. And at least he gets chocolate out of it. Because Leia is hardly ashamed of this lovely gift, there's even a card with her name attached to it.]
[She's amused. Very, very amused, which Ezra can no doubt feel through the telepathy. She also takes the lack of image as indication that it did indeed cover Ezra in pink and red glitter, so she will take that as a win.]
It's a holiday some of the other otherworlders are celebrating. It sounded nice, so I saw no reason to not participate.
[She absolutely can, and she really only wishes she could see just how much of the glitter actually did its job.]
No, the holiday is about showing your appreciation for those you care for. I don't know that glitter has much to do with it, aside from as a decoration.
[She just. Purposely went overboard with the glitter.]
[Because she may not have been the intended target, but she did still get covered in glitter, and is still finding it all over her house this long after the event.]
And if you say that, you know I'll just expect there to be glitter.
I'll let you off the hook once I stop finding glitter in my bed.
[The bed and the couch are probably the worst places for the glitter, since those are the places both her and Han use often. That's full glitter cloud damage.]
Have you tried picking it up with the Force? Master Jinn's been having me do that since I, uh, accidentally got some on him. It's kind of a pain, not as easy as moving clouds of it, but it's still easier than trying to pick it all out with what you can do by hand.
I haven't ever tried moving anything with the Force.
[because her limited training with Obi-Wan had been mostly meditation (which Leia wasn't that great at, because emptying your mind is hard). The Force isn't something that really comes second-nature to her, with the exception of checking on the status of others. She has to really think about it to use it, and after going so long without knowing how to use the Force, focusing and moving something telepathically is often more of a pain than just doing it by hand.]
[Mild surprise colors their connection. Sure, he knows Leia's pretty new to all this, but for some reason, he would have thought she'd at least learned that much.
It's certainly one of the first things he'd wanted to learn, as soon as he'd found out he was Force-sensitive.]
Want me to come over and show you how? As my apology for getting glitter on you?
[It's useful, sure, but moving things wouldn't have helped in the situation that sparked her interest in learning to use the Force. And plus she has Han to reach for things off the higher shelves now, that's his job.]
[Leia, you need to broaden your mind. Telekinesis means a lot more opportunities than just the top shelf stuff!]
You should make it a priority. It's really useful!
[Then he offers her a mental shrug.]
"Difficult" kind of depends on the person. Some people are better at some things and worse at others. You won't know until you try, and even then... Well, it took me a while to get the hang of it myself.

So, there's a holiday that encourages people to give people glitter? You sure you want to introduce me to that?
[There's a hint of a very real threat.]
